IDK think Wilson is the right coach at all I think his ceiling is forwards coach. BUT from my understanding on Quins is that the senior players have had a grip on the club for a long long time.
But then I also feel Gustard's planned gutting of the squad wasn't the worst idea and I feel Quins have suffered in the long run because of it. (I know this won't be a popular believe in the Quins fan base lol)

tbf to him he his top 10 in the league for post contact metres, turnovers and tackles and is a lineout jumper so could offer an option at 6 allowing the likes of Pollock and Earl to do their stuff

I don't blame him for wanting to move though if he has England ambitions. Will he play for England at Saints? Possibly. Will he play for England at Newcastle? No.
