Confirmed Transfers

Connacht's starting hooker strikes me as someone who enjoys the taste of windows. No idea who McGuigan is but they need him.
Falcons -> Tigers --> Falcons -> Gloucester -> Ospreys (as of this week)
Actually on the bench vs Connacht this weekend

Played age grade for Ireland and for England Saxons, probably should've won some senior caps as he showed really good form at times

I've always been a big fan

....wut

Guessing that confirms at least one duPreez twin is leaving

If one goes they all go!

Honestly decent signing a few seasons ago he was the form back rower not sure if he equals a du preez bro

I reckon Rob'll stay but the twins will leave (though not necessarily at the same time) - rumours that Dan's deal is done, the JL rumours have quietened a bit so think he might see out his contract (one more season) and this will see JL shifting to first choice 8 and Vermeulen the new lock/6 hybrid player

I can see that, although when was the last time Vermeulen actually played lock? Quite a while ago I think?

Not sure we need another wing but here we go (need a tight head lock, number 8 and a loose head prop)

Is he likely to get much gametime for you? Hasn't had many opportunities for Glasgow and even been behind Dobie and Horne covering the wing.
In theory with our wing choices (Freeman, sleightholme, Hendy, Ramm) he's at least 5th choice before we get into the younger lads (who there are a few in the squad).

So I'd say no unfortunately. Seabrook has really only had a few games per season without the prem cup games.

Nick Schonert has left Sale with immediate effect

He's out of contract at the end of the season and has played 33mins in the last 14 months, so not that surprising - though I am surprised it's not a retirement announcement

Part of me thinks maybe he's left to focus on physio/rehab for the rest of the season then might join the reformed Worcester Warriors (if that actually happens) next year? Believe he still lives in Worcester, could do a job as player coach, take some of the strain away from his body

Edit: if Fissler's to be believed I actually guessed right with the above
