Chabal's a knob. Overated and shys away from the hard stuff. He may make a few busts in the line but most of the time defenders take him down. Compare that to Lauaki, whom every time makes things difficult for the opposition and is devastating.

They are both impact players and their role is to do the same thing, create havoc. Compare both together and you'll see just how good Lauaki is and how over rated Chabal is.

You have to really wonder, if Chabal didn't look like Jesus, would we really be talking about him?

Get over yourself. Everyone knows Chabal's real ability on a rugby field. People just enjoy having a bit of fun at the expense of his looks and as a result talk him up in a non-serious way.

hes a good footballer... but i bet most coaches would rather have jack then Chabal...

he just doesnt do enough. if he was a kiwi he would be pretty lucky to make the Jr All Blacks.

IMO Jerry Collins, Chris Masoe, Sione Lauaki, Troy Flavel, Jerome Kaino, Mose Tuiali'i & Liam Messam would all be infornt of him... much better players.

In France Chabal is only a marketing object to sell better the RWC. For Rugby fans he's not a lock, just a good 20mn impact player with rustic skills.
