To do this team by team...
Bath - lovely city, team should be on the rise but I'm not seeing it. You could do worse.
Exeter - Never been but the West Country's pretty nice in general. Good last year, whether they can repeat it this year is a massive question.
Glaws - Good team on the rise, big rugby tradition. I've got a soft spot for Glaws.
Hairyquims - If you want to sit with a bunch of investment bankers (and a few normal people) you'll do well. Good team, obviously London is fantastic.
Leicester - Very succesful and in the Midlands. The first doesn't fit your requirements, and I'm just not a fan of the Midlands.
(not)London (not)Irish - They play in Reading, which isn't a great place but is close to London, are ******* away their potential, and fail to live up to their name and heritage spectecularly. Not recommended.
(not)London Wasps - High Wycombe is out of the way of anywhere and and supposedly not very nice. The team is going to down the tubes. Avoid.
Newcastle - Cracking place to go on the ****. Not really a rugby place. The team is massively on the slide.
Northampton - See Leicester. Like the fans though.
Sale - See Newcastle (just remember to go to Manchester, not Sale, afterwards), except less so.
Saracens - Play in Watford (shithole, but close to London), a lot of their fans come across as lairy assholes, they spend half the season playing **** rugby, think they're South African, and Brendan Ventner wished he was Dr. Evil. He's gone now, but the foulness lingers. I cannot recommend them.
Worcester - Just come up. .... . Eh, you could I guess.
In short - my recommendation would be one of Quins, Bath or Gloucester, or maybe Exeter if they cement their Premiership place.
