Champions Cup - Pool 2, Round 2 (Castres, Harlequins, Leinster, Wasps)

Leinster is probably going to win this. Castres have great qualities spread around the field, but they show too much naivety and lack of intelligence. Committing stupid, immature fouls. Leinster have been consistent realistic and pragmatic, and though they haven't shown a whole lot of flash have the advantage overall in this one. Should be ahead with that bad miss from the tee.

No.6 Babillot is a very promising prospect, but he's showing how young and inexperienced he is with some silly fouls.

Go Leinster!

nah, shut up !!! Go Castres, they have Herrera, support them !!!

YESSSS !!! Palis !!! Turning into a very, very nice young FB. Plus not too hard on the eyes either, but that's neither here nor there...

I go out for a few minutes into the sunshine to come back and find Castres going ahead and now 16-9 up.............wasgoinon?!!!

Allez les Bleus!!

nothing like a nice quick pi$s in the garden...all of a sudden Leinster makes mistakes and Castres are in the ascendency. Not many touches for "les bleus" though..Ibrahim Diarra is some class flanker.

Discipline, discipline, discipline......cannot argue with the result but well played CO!!

typical Castres at Euro Cup. Unbelievable. They lead by a good margin with just a quarter to go and then all that work for nothing. Throw it all away with amateurism towards the end...shocking to give away a high tackle with a 1-pt lead and then throw away possession on the very next play in 2 seconds.

Castres were hardly with a goodly margin and only ahead because Madigan missed a penalty from dead in front and, then, Leinster decided to do a Castres for about 20 minutes after half time and gave away penalty after penalty!!

The good news is that there are some good players to come and Top 14 performances can only improve on the back of that....Herrera was something!!

Win is important, performance was awful. D'Arcy has had a really poor season IMO shown nothing in both Euro games. Back row didn't preform at the same level as last week which was a major issue, didn't carry and clear well enough. Boss was poor and Redden was perhaps Leinster best player outside of Heaslip and Madigan's right boot.

and Talès, and Grosso, and Diarra and Caballero, and Cabannes, and Palis...but all it takes is a mistake from one guy - a high tackle from ONE GUY and that's 3 points...Castres with better individual performances, Leinster the better team. The latter is the fact that matters the most. Well done Leinster, that's two wins into the Cup now. Castres, aye aye aye...so frustrating, so frustrating...why do all this if you're going to throw it away in the end ????...it's sad to look at Talès', Grosso's, Diarra's faces at the end as they walk off the pitch saluting the Irish players because mistakes from others are just so independent from those guys' doing and it's like you're telling them "yeah, all that, those 80min of pure effort...worth nothing".
Now, to watch Clermont make Shark soup for the morale !

Try Joe Simpson....................superb solo effort.............just as Van Persie scores in the 94th minute for the draw!!!!

That Yarde run... good example of why you should carry the ball in two hands.
