Finally European Rugby is back

We start the ball rolling tonight with our game v Harlequins, we have fielded a fairly strong team for this game, not our strongest but should give the Quins a good run for their money. Jake White says he wants to play this comp seriously this season and as the prize money has been increased good reason to do it, but obviously the Top 14 willl always take priority for us. Their are very few teams who can play these two comps on both fronts to the max, probably why Toulon are 3 times champs!!!!! Our team for tonights game.

As groups for the challenge go, I'd say Montpellier and Harlequins make a pretty tough group. The French very rarely take this comp as seriously as the others, so I'd say quins start as favourite in the group. Cardiff will be the banana skin as they'll be competitive with the ints' back but they are a little way off the standard yet.

Actually looking forward to this one Gaston! Are Montpellier in decent form?

apart from loosing their last 2 games Yes but they were v Toulouse and Toulon, we have sent a decent team but all this talk about Jake and England is not doing the club any good.

Montpellier will have a go but I think they'll hold easy on this one. They know they can go back to their place and get the 5 points, they probably go for the lbp

His usual style of play of big forwards but it is very effective.

If he was to come Kvesic could thrive under him.

I would assume Ewers and Vunipola/Hughes would be used along side him. We have some big guys in England and we could play a huge pack. Do we have a 9 and 10 that can play the kicking game though ? Wigglesworth is too old and we don't have a great 10 for kicking IMO.
