British & Irish Lions vs Japan

Is this a capped game, or is that just for the legit three tests?
Feels cheap if these are proper lions caps
Undecided according to this

Test status unclear

The Lions will decide later in the year whether the warm-up fixture with Japan should count as a full Test match – perhaps reflecting the months of uncertainty surrounding this summer's tour.

The decision is made by the Lions' board of directors in consultation with the "1888 Club", made up of former players, and they will make their minds up after the tour to South Africa in July and August is over.

In line with practice since the Lions began revising their history a few years ago, all new players in the squad who appear in this match will receive a physical cap and a player number, and become a member of the 1888 Club, which will count on the Lions' appearance record.

But whether it will be internationally capped and go down as a "Test" in globally recognised statistics is still being discussed.

At this rate Gatland might even have to call up more Scottish players.

Sorry it's weird to see but Ken Owens getting picked up was weird
