British & Irish Lions vs Japan

May your reign
Continue for a thousand, eight thousand generations,
Until the tiny pebbles
Grow into massive boulders
Lush with moss

Not too confident in japan winning this. Their success in the world cup was based on a few things that dont apply here. 1. They analysed two teams and practiced ti beat them for four years. They havent been able to do that with the lions. 2. They focussed on fitness and were lucky enough to play iteland in very hot humid conditions, which wont be quite the same against the lions. 3. It was an understrength ireland side. 4. They had kenki fukuoka and shota horie

they also got beat up bad by the springboks and the luons coaches know that.

but one can still hope

5. They don't have World Rugby in their corner to help boost their chances with fixture scheduling/turnarounds, choice of stadia/conditions/humidity etc.

Should be an interesting match up. A potentially rusty non-gelled Lions side against a team containing combinations that have played together for years but this time away from home. Hope it's a belter.

Meme Wtf GIF

Should be a decent atmosphere with 16,500 there and not the wet and windy Murrayfield we are used to in Feb in the 6N

A Japan win is probably still best for WR. A Japanese Lions tour? If they bought into it it'd be the most lucrative tour going and with the state of Aussie rugby....

A Japan Lions tour would print money for the Lions; full stadiums at every game, and huge viewership figures

That was a cool little walk in for Japan. Just a few lads exploring each other

Really beta of the lions to not have an anthem
Should use "three lions on our shirt" but rename it "one lion on our shirt"
