The scots won't be missed their teams at this level are cannon fodder anyhow

This is a cracking competition perhaps not played on a level playing field, but it at least gives us at PONTY some decent away trips.
There have been matches again this season in this comp when we have had bigger crowds than the regions, it shows who the real supporters are in Wales, when we played Worcester away in this years bic, the home fans and the resident band playing under the stand were all saying we helped create the best atmosphere they've seen all season and are pushing the club to arrange a pre season with us every year.
The short sighted WRU or as we call prefer to call them the WRUIN,have missed a trick by not giving us our own region, we would get twice the crowds the current regions get and we'd out perform them on the pitch.

Agreed. I have been to every regional side, including when the Blues played in the CCC. However, the best place I have been to watch rugby in Wales was Ponty vs Neath in the semi-final of the Swalec cup. Great game, running rugby and Ponty won.

Shame it's all been thrown away by the WRU.
