Anscombe Leaves Ulster

http://thescore.thejournal.ie/ulster-mark-anscombe-head-coach-changes-1547935-Jul2014/

Murray Kinsella at The Score seems to be underlining a lot of what has been said earlier. It's seems that the senior players certainly had a hand in his departure - wasn't very well liked and many didn't agree with his coaching philosophies.

More interestingly, reading between the lines it would seem that there was certainly a bit of friction behind the scenes between Humphries and other directors and only once he was gone did they feel they could dispense with Anscombe.

Was this longest flight for shortest day of work.
Flies in from NZ for 2 hours.
I'd like to see Doak with a wise head like White to just try keep things ticking. White is experienced and will know most from SA connections and his time on international scene

White and Henry have jobs at the moment though why are they being touted?

Henry won't relocate at 68 years of age. So he won't go near job. White has said in past he wants to come to Northern Hemisphere again but again unlikely as hes only in Sharks job but who knows
