Yeh, didn't get my dissertation bound either. Ran out of time. Would have only needed 15min to stop at the shop on the way past, but didn't even have that time to spare. I literally left the house at 11:53, with the deadline at 12:00. Jamp in the car, and prayed that the junctions would be clear and the traffic lights green, luckily there were no issues, so pulled into the uni car park at about 11:58, and ran lol.

Gutted to hear you couldn't get it bound dude. Good to hear u got it in Good luck with the end result. I've been tipped by my senior Lecturer that I've passed my diss, with my mark being raised due to an impressive VIVA performance. Hope all goes well for you if you have to do a VIVA

Had to look up what a VIVA was. No I don't have to do one.

I was quite pleased with the marks for my dissertation last year. I got a 2:1 for it, which was better than I was expecting tbh. Despite the subject matter being a lot more interesting and adventurous this time, I think it'll be massively obvious how rushed it was.

ah right, thought it was something that was across the board of courses with dissertations, then again one could argue that my course is a bit of a mickey mouse course, so they probs make it up.
