I Don't buy he's a moron. He has some very bright and capable people around him. The same as there are very bright and capable people in the Republican party. The fact he's turned the party into this Maga hive mind is an achievement in itself.
People bought what he was selling. He knew what they wanted to hear and he sold it. Even as unpalatable as that was for some. That's far from stupid.
If he's a moron, his team and the Republicans. God knows what that says about the Democrats.
We're going to have to disagree then, many who have worked with him directly throughout his life have confirmed he is a moron. You need a certain degree of manipulative ability certainly and bags of self-assurance but the presidency is a popularity contest. Got to remember that his business empire was built primarily by his father, not him. By the time he took the reins, the empire was already well established with a very capable team of advisors etc. The things we can put down as Trump ideas were pretty much universally failures.
All the way from uni, where one of his professors said Trump was the "dumbest goddam student I ever had" to the presidency where multiple senior staff members called him an idiot. Whilst you may argue you don't get where Trump is by being a moron, I say you also don't get that many people close to you throughout your life calling you a moron if you aren't.
Hell Reagan became president and the guy is well known for being thick as ****.
Trump is a manipulator, which is not the same as being a strategist. By their nature highly impulsive people are also awful at long term thinking.
Strumpet said it himself on twuth.
It's quite telling that not one of his previous administration is in this one (I think, I could be wrong)We're going to have to disagree then, many who have worked with him directly throughout his life have confirmed he is a moron. We know strumpet always lies, someone asked "who said 50, BBC?"Ok, is your stance that anything Trump says is false, like the same claim being made and evidenced by Reuters is less true because Trump agrees with it?
I've counted about 14 guarantees, letters, calls and meetings made stated by the leaders themselves, arguably the EU looking to negotiate after their meeting in Brussells adds what 28, although they said they wanted zero
to zero tarrif trade, that says to me they are looking to negotiate. None of us know the real number we aren't there...
But my point is, firstly that I don't care the number, I said from the start a domino falling early would start the trend, and a few weak leaders have wobbled within days. Netinyahu looks pretty happy with himself, he was like a rat up a drain pipe, as we're the Japanese and Bangladeshi.
We know strumpet always lies, someone asked "who said 50, BBC?"
Near enough everything strumpet claims is later disproven, Zelensky, Putin to name just two. I actually trust them more for the truth than strumpet
This is today's fact check from CNN.
Fact check: Trump falsely says Europe doesn't buy anything from US, wildly exaggerates trade deficit with China
I'll wait on anything he says until an independent source confirms it.
Btw How about those reciprocal tariffs on nonexistent tariffs?
Don't forget the 30,000+ documented lies just from his first term alone.
The professors allegations came about before Trump even got close to politics. The ones in office obviously came about after. Yes it's possible spurned people aren't going to be honest but eventually when a clear pattern is emerging where the only common denominator is Trump, some credence needs to start being given to it.The only flaw with this, is that all these allegations came after the magical turn of 2015, where he was pretty much USA and New Yorks darling, mentioned by every rapper in songs, TV shows, award winning TV shows, awards for numerous accomplishments including by those who turned out to claim they always hated him (Al Sharpton being one lol).
He ****** a lot of people off, and spurned people aren't always the most truthfull.
The number Trump inherited is disputed, Trump's claim of small loans are bull **** obviously, but the figure is estimated to be between 100 and 400 million? He's worth what now, somewhere between 4 and 7 billion? Although ironically probably much less after the last few weeks hahaha.
One stat I always found interesting, is that becoming president has always cost Trump money, I think he's the only president in US history, maybe even politician who didn't gain a huge fortune from his merger salary. He was on the Forbes list since the 90s, but his first term made him drop out in 22 I think. Whether that's a sign of stupidity, longer term goals, or civic duty I'll let you guys decide.
Also, let's not be silly enough to count chapter 11 cases, debt and bankruptcy are not just common occurrences of the super successful, they are tool to avoid liabilities, and probably more sinister to avoid accountability

Only because that's the only part of the UK that has strumpet propertyKeir is going to sell Scotland to get access to our markets.
You fell for that one did you? All through that presidency (and this on) strumpet lined his pockets straight from the government and foreign leaders.
All meetings and events held at his properties, charging the govt hotel rates for his staff and security, requiring military flying to Europe to overnight at Glasgow and mandate they stayed at his golf club.

And that's at 2017 costs.

That probably doesn't include what LIV paid him to stage the events
All in all he does very nicely, he actually reported some $1.6 billion in revenue and income during his first term.

Brook left crew before strumpet became presidentDid you just use citizens for ethics as a source lol?
Brock has been described by Time magazine as "one of the most influential political operatives in the Democratic party."
Hahahaha
Even that article talks about 1.6b revenue, but Trump losing money hand over foot, you know what revenue is don't you?
And here I am again, finding myself having to defend Trump from mistruths and lies, why can we not just have an honest discussion.
Trump claims to be a genius, politico makes that argument also, but I can't get on board with that, the same way I can't get on board with him being a moron. But either way this is just dragging into the weeds, the crux of the issue is him having a strategy on tarriffs, and ultimately even you guys must admit he has to have, it's literally written down in his advisors writings over the last few years
He signs executive orders with a ******* felt tip pen like a 4 year old. He's thick as **** mate.I Don't buy he's a moron.
Actually you have to be fair on this one. It is the US army's 250th anniversary and it does happen to be the same day as strumpet's birthday. Even he can't fiddle that one. He's in Dick-tator mode again.

Trump planning military parade through DC for 79th birthday
The Trump administration is planning a June 14 military parade through the streets of Washington, D.C., to mark the president’s 79th birthday. It will also mark the Army’s 250th anniversary. A senior administration official confirmed the plans to NewsNation, The Hill’s sister network. Washington...www.yahoo.com
I am being fair, he's putting his birthday before's the Army's even though the Army is much older than Orange Man Bad. Everything's always about him.Actually you have to be fair on this one. Well you've taken stock out the housing market driving up prices for your own wealth gain trapping people into the rental system rather than them being able to build affordable deposits for thier own property whilst they pay off someone elses mortgage. Which explains half your nonsense from you yesterday (if true I don't believe any crap you say).
You are right though which why taxes based on assets works those with tons of assets get taxed massively and those without them get taxed relatively small. And the whole point is to discourage to accumulation of said assests.
China has come in with a bigger bid....Keir is going to sell Scotland to get access to our markets.
