A Political Thread pt. 2

If people were being misogynistic to Truss I would same the same thing. If people wanted to call Lizz Truss an absolute muppet who probably can't even count to 20 without help, that is fine.

Rachel from accounts is a misogynistic dig mate. Rachel from accounts is stupid coz she's a woman who works in accounts. She's not good enough to work in a high end job because she's RACHEL from accounts.
That's delusional. She works in economy, as the Chancellor, exaggerated on her CV aboutnher economy experience, and is hammering the most desolate people in society... Rachel from accounts is one of the nicest things she could be called.

You are sensitive to it but not consistent, you are seemingly defending your team. Now granted, you havnt gone as far as lying about councilors being Tory when it suits your narrative like others, bit there have been numerous and numerous coment about Truss oue not referred to.

Not to worry, I'll tag you at every female insult to barometer the sexism for us?

Insult women all you like. I do it often. Just don't insult them for being women. I think you're being deliberately obtuse about this. Why not just say she's out of her depth if that is what you think? Why use this "Rachel from accounts" phrase?

Because Rachel from accounts says it, I could type Rachel Reeves and save a few syllables, I could type Rachel the useless tosser, but it would take longer, or I could type Rachel who alongside Starmer is trying to eradice a million people not contributing to society, by tarriffing their heat, water, benefits, and the charities who are trying to help them ability to keep the lights on.

I keep hearing tax the rich especially from labour voters, but those same people don't seem to be condemning these moves with such vigour, where have they all gone?!

Now you are being deliberately obtuse. All those things you say are fine. None of those things imply that the reason she is bad at her job is because she's a woman. Rachel from accounts does.

How does it possibly?! Rachelnis her name, from account refers to her work as a Chancellor, and a touch on her exaggerating her CV.

Women and men are represented in accountancy equally are they not?! Where could the insult be, that all women work in accounts, or that they can't work numbers, society doesn't reflect that...

I mean, if I see her on the road I'll change lanes to stay clear, but I don't understand this proposed misogyny.

Ok dude. Agree to disagree I guess. Just coincidental that the only people I see using the phrase are anything but non partisan objective people with no political home as you profess yourself to be. They come from people who, at the very least, lean right on their views and at worst are full on daily mail reading, women hating, people.

Rachel from Accounts is definitely part of the casual mysgony in this country. She's no worse than Darling, Osborne, Sunak, Hunt & Hammond.

Don't get me wrong she's no Gordon Brown but she isn't Kwasi Kwarteng either.

And yes I've only heard language where someone refer to some doing a "lesser" job than the one their doing is directed at women. You never hear men get that kind of thing directed to them.

Except I've included Starmer in all the criticism...

You pearl clutches man hahaha

It's not coincidence, it's just that you perceive anything you don't like with malicious intent. If you were less sensitive and took statements on merit you wouldn't have to read nazi propaganda into every comment lol

I'm still waiting as to how 'Rachel from accounts' could be deemed sexist, without the 'well right wingers use it'

Right wingers drink water, do you?

For a Labour chancellor to increase E'ers NI is just a weird one though. Especially lowering the threshold from which is starts. All it will do is make more employers not hire lower skilled jobs and force more into self -employment. Aren't Labour supposed to be for the working people?

I've already explained why.

I'm not sure if it's malicious with you. It could well just be ignorance to be fair.

I'm unsure entirely it's just weird in general their attitude to tax. Especially with finances as tight as they are. Like I'm not even convinced a Tory governement would be tying themselves in knots as much.
