NHS staff deserve a lot more, but him saying stuff like this when it's in so much trouble is just silly. It needs real funding, good staff levels etc first. That alone would at least help with mental health in some way.

Good thing I did and it's still stupid.

Like most physical jobs now, the workload has become horrific which has caused a lot of issues for people. Time off won't fix that long term.
