This, plus others. This isn't a few people on the fringe, these are supporters who have been riled up for weeks. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Trump intended this.

Yup preparedness is way more complex once your faced with overwelming force as they have been. You see the numbers on force go BLM protests but they might have had those today it look big and tough but once a large enough group riots it becomes impossible.
