[2025 Six Nations] France vs Wales - 31/01/25

I know DuPont is class there's no doubt about it but how commentary are making out he's never made a mistake is unreal, first 5 mins he took a quick tab nd was held up.

Who cares where the passer ends up? If the ball travels 5 metres forward it's a forward pass.

This is one of 30 reasons why rugby as a sport is dying
I mean this has been how the law has been officiated since I can remember and I turned 40 last year...

Kicking it out on the full was something I expected him never to do as well.

No it isn't. If the passer stays in front of the ball that means they threw it backwards...

Also made that little chip to no one over on the right. Went into touch.

He's still class mind, complete cheat code.

No it doesn't lol. I can throw a ball 15m forwards and I can end up in line with the ball hahaha
No you couldn't. Unless you chucked it practically straight upwards and then accelerated. If a player is already running, the ball WILL travel forwards unless they pass is back at a rate faster than they were running.

Trust me, Wales ain't coming back from here. I'm switching off as I need to take my daughter to swimming tomorrow.
But but watching Dupont is it's own reward especially against Wales. If you can't enjoy that what can you enjoy?
