I sincerely hope that the soulless souls who have been leading the clarion calls to have Italy removed from the 6N, will now have the good grace to shut the **** up!!

Not a bad performance by Italy in the end - that middle 40mins kinda killed them off
Gardbisi's kicking was poor as well

Ultimately it's another 0pt game, though

2 tries for the debutant Italian fair play to them. Scotland looked like that was hard work at times but Italy were really tough opponents.
Glad Scotland have won but my oh my Zander is a penalty machine and Russell still not at the level we need.

Softish defence from Italy at points and an intercept try were the difference. Probably the closest to an opponent in terms of performance that Italy have shown in the losing streak though and glad to see them show up in an attacking sense. So Crowley may not be a bust.

Scotland were alright. I don't think they learnt much for the RWC here though.
