Like I have always maintained it was a double movement there was nothing continuous in it. He was tackled. He stopped. Then once he regained his composure he had another go at getting the ball over the line which was an unlawful move.

As far as I'm concerned as long as you don't actively propel your whole body forward (your torso basically) after you hit the ground and you simply extend out your arms, in that case it is not a double movement.
