Very much so. The results in the games between Wales, Ireland, Scotland and France could all have gone the other way had it not been for home advantage.

England v France could have been different if it had been played in Paris as well

Some of the Welsh players remind me of spoilt Premier League footballers e.g. Biggar and Webb. I guess they consider themselves to be A-list celebs in Wales.
