I'm not sure what's causing it but he's really slow, not because he's not following the play closely enough but rather that he's picking, stepping and then passing most of the time. Its forcing Russell to drop deeper than he'd like too.

This. Scotlands telegraphed one-out runners is making things very easy for Wales to win the gain line battle. And if Wales win the gain-line battle you're in trouble at the breakdown unless you have a referee (one of the French referees) who allow you extra time at the breakdown. Lacey is not that referee.

I'm starting to really dislike this Welsh team. Constantly off their feet at the ruck and playing the ball anyway, then turning to whinge at the ref when he calls them as not supporting their weight. Seems to happen at every other breakdown.

Very inconsistent refereeing there from Lacey. Very quick to penalise Scotland for being off the feet when competing but Wales are getting a lot of warnings before being penalised and thats really allowing them to slow Scotland down.

Visser is doing well against a quiet George North. Liam Williams was out of position for the second. Finn Russell is showing some excellent vision and execution. Wales need to smarten to this slightly, whilst not stretching it too much.

Scotland having a bit of a purple patch. I expect Wales to fire around 60 mins in very similar way to the Italy game.
