Will be interesting to see if Ardie Savea might make it back into the 'Canes, on the bench at least?

that is good news!

i think the canes number might be up this week... they looked terrible in the 2nd half against the stormers :(

the tahs might be out for some payback after losing against the stormers last week

The Tahs had a mare last weekend as well, did anyone actually manage to hang onto the ball?

Wouldn't be too upset if the Canes drop this one, they need a couple of losses going into the second half of the season and the finals

Here's hoping they continue their winning streak. 8 wins in a row would put them in a very tidy place to make the play offs. That said it'll be a tough match, and the Waratahs can beat any team comfortably on their day. Our defence has been very solid, but it'd be very impressive if they managed to contain the Waratahs for 80 minutes.

Jackson's refereeing of the rucks this game is shocking.

Ardie Savea continuing to mix brilliance with awfulness. Still looks like he needs another year or two before he gets near an AB jersey again. He's potentially the best open side in NZ but not quite getting there.

Pretty dissapointing loss for the Canes really. Hopefully they dont throw their great start away over the rest of the comp.

Ardie Savea flashed some great stuff, although as you say mixed in with some questionable stuff. Great game for the neutral though, proper spectacle.

Great game - Hurricans v Tahs matches have a tendency to be entertaining affairs, and this one was no different. Brilliant from both sides, but the 'Canes will be kicking themselves over that dropped ball in goal early on.

Only watched the second half. Cannes could have won it but too many handling errors costed them the game.

They were playing with pretty reckless abandon really... almost looked like watching the Warriors. That said, the Tahs were lucky that Savia dropped the ball over the line for what was a certain try in the opening minutes - why players do those one arm put downs I'll never know.
