When you're 3rd in the world, injuries should not be something to worry about. Yes, we could be in a better position if we had certain players, but you make do with who you have, as Joe has said many times. We're always going to have injuries, so really it's no excuse. We did well, and are continuously building strength in dept. Tommy O'Donnell, Robbie Henshaw, Jared Payne, Jordi Murphy, Ian Keatley and all the other new guys all did great today.

A win is a win. Italy were hard to break down at home and all. The new lads all did well. However Ireland have a lot of improvement to do before next Saturday.

Not best Ireland performance but did what they needed to do with relative ease, Italy once they were tired were poor in all areas.
