Will the first one come on soon as was 49 mins when finished 1st half or because the clocks go back to 40 does the timer reset on it from 40?

I don't know, but i don't think so. Given that the extra time counted for Georgia's yellow card time it would seem logical to assume it counts for the other ones too.

Tier 2 is teams that are not in the Six Nations/ Rugby Championship and have payed at a RWC

George Clancy is not referee any more. This is unfair every time we play in serious tournament referees are against us.
Has anyone a question why Nigel Owens is best referee in the world? Because other referees are complete amateurs and unfair.

George Clancy was judging Australian football rather than rugby.

The referee didn't slap the Georgia players' hands to make them lose the ball so many times. They were playing a kind of (bad) rugby league game, very individualistic, for most of the time.

How on earth could the Georgia captain question the hooker's yellow card?A leading elbow into the throat???Lucky he only got yellow. Georgia did everything to lose that game. The worst I've seen them play.Lucky to win the game.

I think nerves and the pressure did affect Georgia's performance. They also seemed to try and play a more expansive game than usual which is admirable but they were clearly less used to it.

Whilst Clancy is pretty terrible he dished out three yellows to Namibia so I don't think he was biased.

I don't think he was that terrible. Let some things go yes, but I think Georgia was SO much stronger than Namibia, if he blew everything up there would not be a game. I've never seen Georgia drop so many balls. Usually your handling is pretty good?
