Edit: Kind of having a **** take in frustration guys, but yeah it's too late to change him. Retaining his job should be pretty difficult though at this point, he needs a fantastic 2015 IMHO.

Game over, what a pathetic way to end a pathetic tour. One win and than just barely over Namibia is unacceptable. If they'd lost to Namibia I'd actually be seriously calling for Crowley's role to be ended literally now.
