I made a thread about this before the season started - I strongly suspect they are systematically ignoring it by order of the IRB.

I agree and also noticed that he threw it exactly like the French 9 against Scotland who got penalised 3/4 times for it!!

Paul James has got to be one of, if not the, best scrummaging #1s in rugby.
Mako vs Rhodri Jones was pretty even, but James just smashed his side of the scrum completely.
