[2025 TRC] Australia v Argentina - 13/9/2025

Personally hoping for a 16+ point Pumas win here, purely for the sake of who gets into Pot 1 for the 2027 draw - just want to keep the dream alive for a TRC full house.

Looking for anyone else's insights on the team selections etc.

Kiwi commentators giving Pumas stick for going for 3 all the time... Good choice Argentina, rankings points are more important than bonus points right now. Just hold on to that 16+ point lead!

Oz commentators trying to call that flat haha. Like the line is right there for reference.

Edit: in fairness they admit it for the try there but that was definitely forward, madness from the TMO.

The pass they disallowed Aus' play for, WAY flatter than the one from Aus' last try.
Glad we won and all, but i fail to understand how the ref, tmo and AR's can watch that replay and think "yeah, that looks ok".

Again, it's not about an individual play. It's about consistency.

The camera angels were minor league.

Someone give christophe ridley some appropriately sized jerseys for those gigantic, succulent and bulbous arms he's gotten over the last few years, he's so jacked he could be a player or a marvel movie star

refereeing both weeks has been poor, which really does reflect badly on the sport as a whole, other than that it's the best rugby champiomship EVAH, so of course it's time to terminate it after investing all that time and money (rugby world rugby logic here)

rodrigo isgro new argentinean hero, what a playerrrrr
