Even with all the discourse there’s been around him I still somehow had no idea he was so young. Thought he was like 25, not 21.

Certainly his first pro game since he debuted for Australia before his club.

i think theyve been hamstrung a little by the AUNZ squad, there were probably a few in that one that could have also played in this

I think that one was always intended and the AUNZ was the tack on due to the Rebels folding.

Australia A definitely would have done better IMO. They still would have comfortably lost but the boys in the AUNZ game had obviously just been on the **** all week. Except, I think, LSL and Sotutu who both still have international aspirations.

Got an exemption to play in the NRL before he was 18. Picked for Samoa at 19. Unlike in union, he could’ve swapped over to play for Australia if he’d decided to stay in RL. He’s an impressive athlete and the sky’s the limit for him. Kills me to say that as he plays for the Waratahs
