Thought red card was right call. Initial contact was to head and there was no mitigation. Don't think there was intent to harm but the game's been refereed that the initial contact can't be to the head.

There was a maul a bit afterwards that England had turned over but magically got turned into a tackle and England had to release which was bizarre.
