To be honest I'm not sure, there are pro's and con's on keeping him and there are, to me, coaches that can do the job. I say see what happens in the next 18 months and go from there.

I agree, lets wait until the RWC is over with and see where we are.
We need some solid Welsh candidates first, as I would imagine the WRU want another Welsh coach.
