World Rugby u20 Championship

Lineout still turd.
Can't do much if the lineout fails give opposition easy outs.

Curry looks head and shoulders above everyone.

Watson had something similarly **** as a youngun too...

I don't rate our current 9 or 10. Far less vision and accuracy than previous years.

Have you seen any of the previous Eng U20 9's?
Always been crap pretty much at this level for vision and accuracy usual used as a runner, rather like the College QB's that just run it more times than they throw it.

Kpoku certainly has the frame to be a top level TH lock.

Naturally built like a brick shithouse. A lean 126kg at 18.

Aye... halfbacks and hookers are very, very tricky to judge at age grade.

Generally speaking - if any of those positions look good at age grade, they're probably going to be extremely good at senior level.

Yes I have, which is exactly why I said the current 9 and 10 seen wise thanks previous u20 9 and 10s...

I always think with 9s that it must be impossible to judge how good they actually are at trials. How are you ever going to be able to judge how good someone's game management/kicking is in unstructured, short, fast paced games? At a trial Ben Vellacott would look a better player then Conor Murray. Must be why we struggle there at age grade.

True but wouldn't be the first time a massive U18 did fully make it at higher level.

But not many better places than Sarries for young locks currently.

True, but he's not just massive - he's got a more fully developed physique than most senior guys.
To be lean and muscular at that weight at that age is very unusual.

I don't think we do particularly - it's more of a universal thing.
