World League Issue and URC

Hello lads I just would like to know if anyone has been able to make a URC tournament in the game, if not does anybody know how you can make your own tournament so that I can make it on my own. Also I have an issue with world league if I make an edit to my roster and I go into rugby league and the change is undone. Any help any of these two topics would be greatly appreciated.

URC is the United Rugby Championship, teams from South Africa, Ireland, Scotland and Wales compete in it from September till June.
