World in Union 2015

Does any one know yet who is going to be singing the RWC anthem 'World in Union' for this year's World Cup. Someone told me Tom Jones was asked but Declined. I was also told that Adele has been approached. Anyone know or heard any other rumours???

Given its an England WRC and she's the England "official anthem singer" I'd put decent money on Laura Wright doing it
