Worcester duo Chris Cracknell and James Collins have been charged by the Rugby Football Union with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game.
The pair allegedly became involved in a fracas with fans at the end of Sunday's defeat at Leeds, which sealed Warriors' relegation from the Premiership.
Worcester have held their own investigation and found both players guilty of misconduct.
