Last time it was JMH. Anyone got an idea of who this ones will be? Of course if we're right it won't be a surprise.

For a lot of SH people SO'B will be a surprise.

Hard to say - Players like Quade Cooper, James O'Connor, SBW
We've already seen quite a lot of now so wouldn't really be a surprise if they tore it up in the WC

If selected, Charlie Sharples :p

It could be anyone. There'll be players who step up a level and other players who'll have a bad world cup. it depends on the team they're playing for too.

N.Z: Kaino (Hard to pick, their all so good)
Aus: Elsom (To regain form, nobody seems to be expecting it)
S.A: Smit
Ire: Sexton*
Eng: Ashton
Fra: Mermoz
Wales: Hook
Scot: Jackson
Ita: Zanni
Arg: Contepomi (To regain form)

Don't know other nations well enough.

really? quade cooper showed how good a player he is in super rugby this year, it will be no surprise if he does well in the world cup, same goes for SBW

also, JOC has been an integral member of the Wallabies squad for a number of years now and has been in great form over those years.

If your talking about players who will use this world cup to show great improvements i have to disagree with those players named, but if you are talking about players who are going to improve on their previous world cup form I would have to agree, but only because those 3 players have had little or no RWC experience

Manu Tuilagi will be the surprise package for this rwc. I think he holds the key for England to win the RWC.

I'm hoping/expecting Richie Gray to have a good world cup with Scotland, after what he's achieved for Glasgow Warriors and for Scotland in the 6 nations where he was easily (unfortunately) amongst the top performers. I'd hope that he could continue to progress and even make it as a Lion in two years time.

Just about to say that he will do well and wil like to see how he will fair against SH centres like SBW and Ma'a Nonu and Adam Ashley cooper hopefully will shut aussies and New zealanders up about him and his brother alex

Since when have people in the SH had anything but good things to say about the Tuilagi brothers?
