What's your squad look like?

He's sitting on about 50 more international caps than he ever deserved because of our inability to produce 12s.

15 years of professional rugby and he still can't pass accurately left to right, has never offered a running threat, and should have had quite a few red cards that he got away with.
With him at 10, inside centres were made redundant.

I think the decision to pick Owen Farrell stinks! I think Andy Farrell always intended to pick Owen but thought he would get criticised if he picked him in the original squad so he has picked Owen as an injury replacement in the hope that it would get less publicity. This was Andy Farrell's plan all along, he was just waiting for an injury in the backs. Owen Farrell doesn't even play in the same positions as Elliot Daly. Thats further evidence that the selection of Owen Farrell is not directly because Daly is injured.

I'm not super angry at the selection of Farrell but it is very much in the vein of Gatland calling up Japan stage Shane Williams.

I also never really rated him as a 10 as much as the other Irish apparently. Just not what I look for there. Very good 12 and by all acounts an incredible attitude and voice to have but I never fully understood his WPOTY nominations.

I wonder when Farrell will play his first game. 🤔 Probably the 1st test match against Australia...

Hopefully instead of Finn Russell so there will be even more Scottish crying.

You're a traitor to your country.

You're a national sellout in the pocket of big RFU. I don’t know how many times I’ve warned you to fall in line before there’s serious repercussions.

He should have just added him as a 39th player as they flew to Australia.

So he was our best option in that position then? In which case I’d say every one of those caps was justified.

Easy to grizzle about players but if they’re that bad it should be easy for someone else to be better and take the shirt off them.

His career tailed off and he’s a questionable selection here but he seldom gets the credit he deserves for the good stuff he definitely did.

There were players who never got a chance at 12 because the coaches were living in a dream land. He wasn’t the best 10, nor the best 12.
