Equally, I always knew Prince wrote Nothing Compares 2 U - I only found out a year or two ago that he'd actually released it before giving it to Sinéad (though I did know he recorded it somewhen around the millennium).

Stereophonics also covered Nothing Compares To You. Part of the radio one live lounge series which i used to like. Arctic Monkeys doing Love Machine just makes me smile, even though it's not great.

Caught a bit of their set when they were supporting Architects but wasn't really paying attention, got mega mega into them afterwards though - they're headlining one of the stages at slamdunk at the end of the month and I can't wait
