We haven't reverted back to the Pro12, the Saffas just do their own thing: Guinness Pro14 - R12

I've quite enjoyed the pace and intensity of the game, despite the lack of scores!

The Scottish derby didn't do a lot for me. I'm glad that common sense prevailed and they didn't play the last 2 mins of the first half, then go off at half-time. A bloody fire alarm, as if a fire could take hold in those conditions. It's not like the North stand is a huge structure, you'd imagine you could check it pretty quickly and get on with your lives.

Bloody Zebre apparently had 70% territory in the first half and go in 6-6 at the half. Then lose. Benneton totally have the indian sign over them at the moment. A bit funny seeing Bradley in the conference afterwards getting in a muddle about whether to call them Benneton or Treviso. Can't say I'm any the wiser.

I'm going for Blues (Scarlets due a slipup), Ospreys (just can't pick the Dragons in my head), Leinster and Munster as the next winners of this round.

Ahh if I knew you'd backed us Bruce I wouldnt have gone to the match! You give the underdogs the kiss of death.

Good game at the Arms park. A few decisions I'd like to see on TV, particularly the Bernie one handed slap interception. Cardiff Blues very much improved but the inconsistency between games is so frustrating.

I think it's time we accepted the Haloholo - Lee Lo partnership doesn't work in the middle. Both individually fantastic but terrible chemistry together.

Not the best Leinster performance but given the need to rotate the squad with just a 5 day turnaround to facing Ulster, it's a very valuable 3 points and learning curve for some of the squad players. Thought Max Deegan, Luke McGrath and James Lowe were excellent.

Watching the Ulster v Munster game now. The home side are a shambles.

Ulster right back in this now. As bad as they were in the first half, they're playing far better in the second.

Nowhere near the head it was on the chest and rode up to the neck slightly. Yellowcard.

We lost. I fully disagree with red as shoulder hit chest not head. Was a yellow in my eyes. On game we were patched together and can take some confidence out of 1st half. The red card was changer as all tries after that came from gap caused by the missing man. But also JJ kicked awfully and our intensity dropped. But again it not an unrecoverable position and as I said in past we have learnt from last year. Nothing is won in January

Some decent fixtures the past fortnight. Hard to predict.

Hoping to see the Kings in Edinburgh if the weather forecast improves (currently wet and windy and game is on TV). By some mildly freakish coincidence the Kings squad are transferring at Doha airport at this precise moment alongside the guy I'd be seeing the Kings with who is travellling back from Asia.

Anyhoo, I thought the plan was direct overnight flights between U.K. and SA to ease the burden of travelling? Maybe those flights are only southbound?
