Wales prop signs for Scarlets

The Scarlets have confirmed they have signed Wales prop Rhys Thomas from the Gwent Dragons on a three-year contract.

Thomas will leave Rodney Parade at the end of the season and will join his Parc y Scarlets colleagues in July.

The 19st, 11lb tight-head has played 119 games for the Dragons and has seven Wales caps.

I've read on a couple of Australian websites that Phil Waugh is also on his way to the Scarlets.

Yea Phil Waugh apparently has spoken to the Scarlets ill try and find the link that says it!

Rhys Thomas is a good signing for a struggling Scarlets pack, but Waugh would be a huge signing. How many overseas players would they have though?
