Visagie to Retire

Thirty five year old former Springbok Prop, Cobus Visagie, will retire from playing Rugby at the end of the season to pursue a career in finance. He will continue to work with current club Saracens as a scrum consultant.

I've heard Carlos Nieto is being lined up to replace him. Reports on an Ulster fansite say Carlo Del Fava is going to join the "evolution not revolution" at Saracens too.

He has always been one of the Prems best scrummagers and well respected by opposing loose-heads.

Rumour had it on yesterdays terrace that Nieto has already signed for Saints.

Rumour has it that Nieto doesn't care what club he goes to so long as it isn't Leeds or Gloucester! :lol:

There aren't any hints of Nieto heading to Watford so I'd count us out for now..

VIsage was an awesome player, brilliant prop and absolutely gutter he'll be limited to beating up players on the training pitch rather than on the proper pitch...

I may have misheard where Nieto was going. Middle ranking Premiership teams all blend together on my eyes
