(URGENT)Problem Creating Logo(HELP ME)

hey guys..
need your help
i have a problem using DXTbmp after save logo in PNG format
when i using DXTbmp to open the logo
its come like the pic, it show the pixel at the background,so what should i do?
im just a little guy want to make my country league team logo..
