Cardiff v Dragons is like watching 2 old homeless men fighting over a half eaten Mars bar...

2 scratch squads, the difference being Cardiff have a bit more muscle in key areas.

Ok this last 7 mins have changed things, now it's 1 homeless man getting a beat down by a bodybuilder...

After a very poor first half Cardiff have blown Dragons off the park during the yellow.

This game has regressed back to semi pro again. Dragons within sight but 3 carries off the ruck by the new 9 means Cardiff are being embarrassed in defence

Only watched the highlights, but for me that's a great result vs a good Lions team with a very ragtag selection and losing our head coach.

Nice to see Abrahams fit and flying.

My sense at the game was Cardiff switched off a bit, BP was secured and the Dragons were a bit lame. They'll be disappointed as they lost their shape and had an eye on Lyon next week. The defence was playing a rush all first half and it just seemed to stop after the BP, I'm guessing to conserve energy. 19 wins in a row in the league against them and I would hope to get the 20th on Boxing Day. Will take the BP and on to Europe now. Good to see Adams back, we was looking good with ball in hand considering how long he has been away.

Stormers season is probably a write off. Even if we sneak into the top 8 I can't see us go all the way. I hope to see us back a few younger guys. Specifically Kahn. And we need to move on from Kitshoff (who was a sentimental resigning...) and Malherbe who both might still do the job at test level in a pinch- but even Rassie is moving on I believe - but club rugby is a different animal.
