Sam Castelow is highly rated at the Tigers, although I've not seen him play personally. In the forwards another Tiger's player, Reffell is pretty good, Basham had a good Junior World cup and played a number of games for the Dragons last year. I'm struggling to pick some out of the front 5 though, someone else will a bit more knowledge hopefully can. I'm sure Dewi Lake has played a few games for the Ospreys though.</p></blockquote><p></p>
