U20 6 Nations 2025

I assumed with Pollock being in the senior team that the U20 6N was won? Surely it makes sense to let Pollock play that to help get the win and join with England in the summer.

How has Junior Kpoku got on? Not this game I mean in general.

unless scotland can get a try in the last few seconds and convert, then France will win the ***le. how ironic the semblance between this and tomorrow's permutations

Not standout tbh - he's a big lump but far from the finished product and I expected more considering he's the most experienced player there (or maybe 2nd most behind Pollock, now)

I hope he moves to Saracens (or Tigers) next season - he needs moulding and I don't think Racing is the club to do it

I think I know of a club slightly north of the others where he'd be guaranteed regular prem starts

Nice you're spending time with your wife.
No chance, for a number of reasons:

1. She's not from a 6N country
2. Despite being a former international, she's not a fan of going to int games
3. She's too heavily pregnant
4. I refused to get her a ticket, it cost way too much

The stars are aligning.
I'm going to quote a very knowledgeable Scottish friend of mine

We had just put 50 points on Scotland, and in a drunken haze he turned to me and said:

'It's the hope that kills you...'

His words just rung through my brain when I read this

That's not true. After suffering through Gatland the last year or so I've learned that it's actually the no hope that kills you.

You don't remember the 90s?

There was little hope there, that was a depressing time, and there's no hope now, we don't have the players to compete in the 6N, and arguably would struggle in the euro Comp below, Georgia probably have a similar ability player wise, Romania and Portugal would run us close...

Speak for yourself. I had no hope under Gatland but I have a little bit now as performances have improved, even though you are blind to it, in the last 2 games. I fancy us to put in a similar performance as we did against Ireland. We may still come up short and there's some things I don't like about the team but I'm optimistic that I'll see us play some good stuff and hopefully run them close which is a hell of a lot more than I ever expected under Gatland.
