I duno they seem pretty good still at unearthing eligible players e.g. Fergus Burke. Whether or not they'll go on to be international clas is another matter.

I'd imagine they're always going to be able to pick up plenty of English born players who qualify through parentage/grandparents. I always tell my son if he's not good enough to play for England Scotland is always an option .
