Going to go for the Scarlets to win, not sure why but just got a feeling that they are going to really turn up

Shame that JD is out, would've liked to see him go up against Bishop, especially with the AIs just around the corner,
I think Ospreys by not very many (<5), though it is at home for the Scarlets so they might pull it off

Wish Jonathan Davies was playing as well.
Gotta go with an Ospreys win, its nearly a full strength O's side.

Glad to see Hooky back!

Didn't realise that Hook was back, I've got to go back on what I said and go for the Ospreys, can;t under estimate what a difference Hook will make.

The O's to win this one but not by many!

Call my team the Jacks again mate and I'll put the nut on you.
Jon Davies saw Bishop on our team sheet and **** out, apparently he doesn't like playing decent opposition.
I'll spew if the Turks win.

Fair point, Bishop is so good he's playing 12 and 13 tonight (according to S4/C anyway)

Decent game so far, hugely physical. Scarlets dominating possetion and territory, but the Ospreys with some dogged defense.

Unfortunately, North has gone off injured, he was going alright aswell! Hope to see some tries in the second half, because that's all that's missing from this game really.

Edit: also lol at Cyril. 'I'll put the nut on you'?

Massive forward pass, but I'll take that. Turks can suck my balls.
12-13 to us after 45.

Fixed that for you.

Turnbull and Byrne are the two standout players imo. Although most of the players are playing well tbh.

Full time:
Scarlets 18-21 Ospreys

I think on balance we deserved it, for our defence and for the 2-0 try count.
Scarlets had bags of possession but never really looked that threatening, good win for us. Especially with the Grand Old Turk himself reffing!! :p

Probably right Cyril. Ospreys deserved to win due to their tries alone. I think the Scarlets missed Jonathan Davies as expected, Maul was pretty useless, didn't recall him doing anything throughout the entire match actually!

This game did show that the Scarlets have improved though. I thought their forwards more than matched the Ospreys, with Rees, Day, Reed, Turnbull and Edwards all putting in some impressive performances. They just struggled with the Ospreys physicallity in the backline, and couldn't get through the impressive Ospreys defense.

Not really sure why Collins got the motm? Didn't think he had his greatest of games, and was overshadowed by his opposite number. Alun-Wyn had a better game than he has done recently. But overall it was the Ospreys kicking game in the second half that won them the game. In that regard, both Biggar and especially Byrne were awesome. Some of Byrne's touch-finders were increadible, and he was doing it time after time! Add in a couple of class touches from Bishop and Shane (even if it was just the timing of a pass), and a missed forward pass.

Overall, things are looking up for the Scarlets, despite the loss. The Ospreys are heading in the right direction for their assault on the HC.
