Clermont centre Aurélien Rougerie, lock Thibaut Privat and Toulon lock Jocelino Suta have been cited in the aftermath of last Friday's fisticuffs.
All three players and both clubs will appear before an LNR disciplinary commission after Clermont battled their way to a 19-12 victory at Stade Marcel-Michelin in a match marred by a number of serious punch-ups.
Referee Patrick Péchambert pulled out three yellow cards for foul play to wing Julien Malzieu (Clermont), hooker Jean-Philippe Genevois (Toulon) and lock Jamie Cudmore (Clermont).
However none of those cards came after the first and most serious brawl of the evening that had most players from both sides involved.
The trio will face the music on March 23, meaning Rougerie will not miss any Six Nations games if found guilty.
