A good team is not an addition of the so called best players, it's more subtile than that. A good team who have the Intelligence to play without fault, the Courage to face fiercly a better team than them self, and the the Will to win dispite the defeat.
That'mean a combinaison of physicals qualities intelligences qualities, Solidarities qualities, and morals qualities.
It's like in a symphonic orchestra, we have to repeat again and again until the strings instruments play in the right times with winds instruments and the rythms of the the percutions instruments under the coordination of "chef d'orchestre" Furtwangler or a Von Karajan. It's magic. Without these conditions the best team on the paper could be defeat by the smallest but more organised team. And that it's a beauty of our a sport we love, all of us where ever we come from, differents countries and cultures, I mean Rugby.
