I've compiled the latest 'master folder' which contains all 89 unique custom faces completed so far. Thanks to jim546, TommyDelpe and EN9ne.

To use copy and the paste all files in the 'For Rugby 08 mod folder' into the same folder as you rugby exe file and the ama1 patch files (download here: https://www.therugbyforum.com/threads/trf-21-patch.47565/ - this main patch must be installed first, it is untested with peter83's patch)
You then need to either (1) manually reassign the face IDs of the players using woosahs editor to match those on the spreadsheet in the first post of this thread (2) replace your ros (roster) file with the one contained in this download (See here: 210726 TRF July 21 patch update files.zip\210726 TRF July 21 patch update files\TRF21 Facebuilder Heads\Roster file). As well as pre-assigned player face IDs the new roster has updated line-ups and squads for the top 12 international teams (all six nations sides, all four rugby championship sides and Fiji + Japan).
There is also a folder with 14 customs stadiums produced by delta and jim (https://www.therugbyforum.com/threads/stadium-creations-conversions.47763/). Simply copy these to the same folder as you used above if you want them (e.g. folder with rugby 08 .exe and ama1 mod files). Note the 15th stadium Ashton gate is not yet included as it clashes with Ricoh arena.
Finally there are various kit, logo and graphic improvements produced by jim that I have included in a subfolder (See posts on them here: https://www.therugbyforum.com/threads/uniform-menu-and-scorecard-logos.47595/). They can be added to the same folder if you want
I will update the face builder custom faces master folder and the roster file periodically (likely every 10 new faces or so). I will post them in this thread each time and attach the link. This can be seen as an interim submod patch which covers some of the most recent work by modders but isn't a full patch.
