Toulon a contender for T14?

Obviously with their new acquisitions it won't belong before they make it to the Top 14, but will they be able to be competitive once they get there?

Yes it's sure Toulon go up to the top 14, but the Racing 92 have a chance to gop up to!

Don't leave out Grenoble, Mont-de-Marsan or La Rochelle.

These teams will surely fight very well with Racing Métro and Agen Tribu for the second ticket to Top 14.
