Tickets for England/Wales QF still on sale on official platform

Seems quite weird to me that since last mass sale (tickets given back by official partners 3 weeks ago) on official platform, as of today cat1 tickets are still available for any of the potential QF of England and Wales (300 Euros).

Are prices too high, supporters too pessimistic or is it because it takes place in Marseille ?
